Turkish coffee is really strong, but it's much more "drinkable" compared to an espresso. (my taste of course) It has a wakening effect, a socializing effect and a smoking triggering effect.

Once you're in the Bazaar you should definitely drink Turkish coffee. The best Turkish coffee is made in these copper pots. The "çaycı"s who serve tea and coffee to the shops in the Bazaar have a special tray with a grip on the top and there is a unique way of carrying that tray. The experts can flap the tray 360 degrees without dropping the cups carried.
The best ones are the black and white ones. They take you to those times.
